improving healthcare outcomes, Kyle has become a leading figure in the fight against chronic diseases.
His multifaceted expertise—honed on the football field, in business, and through his work in healthcare—
drives his ongoing efforts to promote disease prevention, education, and wellness, particularly within the
NFL Alumni community.
NFL Career: Kyle played for six NFL teams, including the Baltimore Ravens, where he earned a Super Bowl
championship. In 1999, he set an NFL record by pinning 39 punts inside the 20-yard line, a feat that
remains a testament to his discipline and preparation. His commitment to excellence on and off the field
exemplifies his belief that “preparation for opportunity starts right now”—a mindset that continues to guide
his life beyond sports.
Transition to Healthcare: After retiring from football, Kyle transitioned to entrepreneurship, founding
several successful ventures with a focus on health and wellness. He co-founded Caring One, a company
dedicated to simplifying the healthcare process and improving patient outcomes. As Co-Director of
Healthcare Initiatives for the NFL Alumni Association and President of the Baltimore Chapter, Kyle works
to enhance health outcomes for former athletes, focusing on chronic disease prevention, early
intervention, and education.
